Running Outside

Big 32 mins this lunchtime.

and back via the post office in Hoylake.

Longer run today. Enjoyable but not the fastest in 1hr 8. Think that might be my slowest time for this circuit.

As the Marine Lake in West Kirby is being drained I decided to trot up there with my camera to take a couple of photos.

Nice day for it too, warm with hardly any wind. Ran out up the main road and back along the beach to Red Rocks.

Friday morning run around the Orrysdale Rd circuit with Graham.

Doing this circuit more often nowadays. And I did it again today.

Rather windy day for this one. 31.30 not too bad.

Out to Red Rocks, up to West Kirby, down Lingdale and straight home.

Red rocks and back on Saturday afternoon
