Running Outside

Great day for a trot today. Seem to be getting over ear ache/sore throat malarkey too so that’s good.

Steady run down along the prom to Meols and along the embankment. Back home via the caravan park, Guffitts Rake, Forest Road and the main road.

Flap jacks just cooling …ready to eat later!

hmmm Can’t remember a few runs now. Haven’t jotted them down and now I can’t recall them.

Windy day for a run along West Kirby prom to the sailing club

Big 32 mins this lunchtime.

and back via the post office in Hoylake.

As the Marine Lake in West Kirby is being drained I decided to trot up there with my camera to take a couple of photos.

Nice day for it too, warm with hardly any wind. Ran out up the main road and back along the beach to Red Rocks.

Doing this circuit more often nowadays. And I did it again today.

Out to Red Rocks, up to West Kirby, down Lingdale and straight home.
