		<description><![CDATA[Sounds like an uncomfortable condition for men. Almost. But it was in fact an evening run down the bottom of Stanley Road and back. Deceptively windy. 26.28 so no great shakes there.

<p>Awfully slow time but not really bothered about that.</p>
