ooh Bit Of Sunshine
Left it until after 6pm to go out for a trot down to Red Rocks and back. Going crap but enjoyed the fresh air!
Red Rocks This Evening
Sounds like an uncomfortable condition for men. Almost. But it was in fact an evening run down the bottom of Stanley Road and back. Deceptively windy. 26.28 so no great shakes there.
Out With Graham
Red rocks and back on Saturday afternoon
Dear Me
Made heavy going of a late afternoon trot down to Red Rocks and back. Over 27 mins of pure plodding. Need to get over my strain and then start doing some longer runs to get back to some form of fitness.
Dear me!
Out With Graham
Went out with Graham this Monday morning for a trot down to Red Rocks. Going bleeding awful.
What A Day To Get Back Into It
Felt like my groin area strain had recovered enough for me to go for a trot. However today wasn’t the nicest of days! Still, wrapped up warm and ventured out.
Strong easterly wind blew me and the snow up toward Hoylake and Red Rocks. On the return leg I chose the backroads before hitting the prom for the last bit.
Awfully slow time but not really bothered about that.
Bit sore tonight ..hope I didn’t return too soon.
Red Rocks Today
Out in the dusk for a trot down to Red Rocks in 25:36. Mild today which was nice.
9pm now and I feel totally knackered for some reason. And I’ve even had a homemade chocolate cookie. I must need another one
Red Rocks
Enough said
Back To It
Not been out since the 10km at Knowsley. Reasons include:
- horrible weather
- bout of laziness
- head cold and sore throat
Red Rocks Again
Out to Red Rocks again, marginally more committed than yesterdays trot. Didn’t stop today but did see a few kite surfers out in the sea. Seemed to have little aches and niggles from various parts of my feet and legs …it’s a terrible thing being a 40 something
