No question about it Paula, you’re absolutely ace at marathon running and it was great to see you on the telly last Sunday sprinting away to win the New York marathon ….just when everyone expected Wami to say thanks for the pacing me round, I’ll see you at the finish.

But blogging? Nope, you’re rubbish*

I know it’s boring but search marketing is what I do sometimes so I find it interesting that this blog is currently ranking first page for the phrase running outside and that’s another bit of blatant anchor text for me). Try it and see if it still is.
