Lovely Day
Great day for a trot today. Seem to be getting over ear ache/sore throat malarkey too so that’s good.
Steady run down along the prom to Meols and along the embankment. Back home via the caravan park, Guffitts Rake, Forest Road and the main road.
Flap jacks just cooling …ready to eat later!

How far did you go along the embankment before going back via the caravan park? Did you go as far as the Lighthouse?
I did a run tonight that went near there.

Ah, I didn’t go past the cut through this time! Still, did around 32 mins so that wasn’t too bad.
