Running Outside

Well it was kind of like a summers day today - not quite as good as I was expecting but certainly a lot warmer than of late. Went out at about 5ish and did Riversdale again. Around a minute slower today compared to Monday for some reason? Anyway, nice to be out and about. All hot and bothered when I got home.

Did Riversdale Rd circuit today which (yet again) was a breezy old day. So a time of around 39.30 when I wasn’t pushing it aint too bad.

Yep, still struggling to keep the old blog updated …perhaps I should pick a new theme for a bit of inspiration. I’m messing about with a new theme on a cycling shoes site that I’m starting - might go with that one. Actually, it’s not just blogging about running that I need to do more of …bit more running required too!
