Friday Afternoon 2-Up
Went out with Graham late this afternoon and we did the Riversdale Rd circuit.
I think Graham felt it a bit today whereas I found it alright – we normally run early morning when I’m usually a supple as sheet glass.
Quite a few lads down on the beach at West Kirby …warm sunshine with lashings of fizzy Stella clearly produces predictable behaviour.
