Bit Rubbish
Struggling to keep the blog up-to-date recently. Struggling to run regularly too just at the moment.
Anyways, went out tonight down to Red Rocks and I was going rubbish. My legs are as stiff as hell - possibly due to going out yesterday morning with Graham but I suspect it’s because my fitness levels have dropped off a little.
