Morning Run With Graham

A 9.30 start this Sunday morning for a bit of a run with Graham. We did the Cinder path and beach loop again and managed to avoid the rain for more than half of the run. Was getting a bit wet toward the end though. Graham picked up the pace as we headed towards home and we were giving a little bit of welly as got to our road.

Still need to map this one.

Greetings from the state of Michigan. I’ve been running inside on a treadmill as the weather here can drop below zero. Reading about your run in the rain makes me long for the warmer weather when I can get outside. Best wishes.

Good to know you’re hearing me loud and clear all those miles away!

I’ve done stacks of hours on a treadmill - you need your music on don’t you?

    Regards

    John
