Marine Lake Circuit Today
Out for a longer(ish) one today and did my Marine Lake circuit. Bit breezy on the outward ..deceptive really ‘cos I didn’t think there was that much wind around. Quite a few people walking around the lake for a Monday lunchtime.
Wasn’t going for it at all so 12.20 average will do for today. Legs are a little stiff this evening though.

Still, that’s a reasonable old distance.
The pace is fine too. You don’t always want to go belting it for 45-50 minutes do you?
