First Run of 2008
Always my barometer of form I had a bash at my Red Rocks loop for my first run of the year.
Nice to see a bit of an improvement after recent plods - nothing amazing but on the way back.
For ‘08 I’ll be dropping some of the stats. I’ll still be recording kcals and HRs in my google doc but won’t bother detailing them here ordinarily.
Start:12:56
Duration:25.56
Distance:5.51
Ave speed: 12.75

It’s a shame to see HRavg go, as this indicates how difficult or easy your body found that particular run on that particular day. The other two (kcals and HRmax) are not that important as you say.
The others:
Kcals will be about the same per same run, so is less important.
HRmax is only really important if it was the highest so far in 2008, otherwise not too important.
