Running In The Wind
Windy again today, though unusually not in my face as I headed up to Kings Gap - it’s not too often that it’s a tail wind blowing you along on the prom in that direction.
Did a variant of my Riversdale Rd circuit …when I got back to Hoylake roundabout I ran along Market Street rather than back down to the prom where I summised I’d get blown to bits. Bit shorter at about 7.75km. gmap
Not going great at all today and stomach is a bit off.
