Just Nudged Over 20m For The Week
A combined tomato watering at plot 69 and run to Red Rocks session managed to nudge me over the 20mile mark for the week. Not too bad for just three runs. Not mega impressed with the average speeds though for the two longer runs.

Don’t see the negatives (average speed of your two long runs) but instead see the positives (over 20 miles in one week and only three runs). Basically… Well done!
The last time that I ran over 20 miles in one week was Friday 29th June 2007: http://mikes-fitnessdiary.blogspot.com/2007/06/641km-multi-combination-run.html
