Brickworks Circuit
In an attempt to avoid the breeze that would be in my face running up to West Kirby I ran my Brickworks circuit this lunchtime. Need to Navman this one to confirm exact distance. Its around 7.5 km.
Stats to confirm when Polar is fixed.
Riversdale Road
Did my Riversdale Rd circuit today. Seem to remember time was 39.nn.
Stats to come when Polar fixed.

Not the bestest of weeks running wise - could do better. Red Rocks again today before tea.

Riversdale Road Circuit
Tired legs for this session.
Was going to do Marine Lake again but didn’t feel like it by the time I got to the end of the beach - that’s the trouble with circuits that offer a shorter way home!
Almost a lovely summers day. Almost, because the strong breeze spoilt it a bit.

Marine Lake Loop
Did my Marine Lake circuit today in the pleasant, warm sunshine. Shame there was a stiff’ish breeze around. A nice improvement on yesterdays October weather.
Started well, though maybe it was wind assisted? Stiffened up a little towards the end but overall the time will do.
80th recorded run of the year. Doesn’t sound that many really.

600 + 50,000
Two milestones reached:
600km for the year.
50,000 kcal for the year.
So, I’ve got 4.5 months to run another 400km to hit my target of 1000km for the year. Very roughly that’s an average of 15 mile/week every week to the end of the year. Not that easy for me. Piece of p*** for a chap who can run 17miles in one go.
I wonder how many homemade flap-jacks equate to 50,000 kcal? Probably as many as I’ve consumed this year!

Met up with Mike today and we did a bit of a longer run. Not quite sure where we went, around some lanes in Stretton and jolly pleasant it was too. The first 5km ish through some fields was great, we could have been anywhere. Bit of an undulating circuit, keeping the average speed down a little, though we were steady as we goes to begin with.
As I write this a day later and having had a few beers and a late night last night I’m bleeding knackered.

Just need a link to a little project that I’m trying out.
I’ve published a new amazon store promoting Lowepro camera cases and I need it to be spidered by those lovely little search engines.
