Bit Of Rain. Lot Of Wind

Did Red Rocks circuit and my back didn’t bother me (it is a bit now). The wind, however did bother me as it was more than a tad windy on the outward leg, especially along the prom. It tried to rain too. Lovely weather for the time of year. Last year it was alot dryer, warmer, etc

    John,
Seems like you and Mike did your backs in at the same time. Unlucky!!
Still a good time though on the run.
I have changed to the water works run to avoid the wind. Next time its really calm i will do the Prom loop and try to go for more distance.

    John,
You and Mike both having back problems at the same time. Must be tough. Its funny though, after my last run my back had twinges.
I take my Water Works route when its windy and when i next get a calm day I will do the Prom route and hopefully extend it.

    John,
A request here. Any chance you can google pedometer your routes so i can take a look at them in detail and possibly use some parts of them when i get to doing longer runs.
    Cheers

Can I recommend NOT G-Mapping your favourite routes — it’s terribly disappointing to find your favourite 7-miler is actually 6.3 :)
