No Mike, It’s Not 4.24
Measured my Beach Road circuit today with the Navman and not to my surprise it’s a bit shorter than I thought.
Previously I’ve had it down as 4.24 km but after checking today it’s 4.10km. That kind of makes sense ‘cos on previous runs when I haven’t been moving, I’ve been a bit surprised at the average speed.
Suppose I should go through my old posts at some point and correct them.
Anyways, not going too bad today on a warm and breezy day. Coopers pace will do.
Start:13:37
Duration:18:11
Distance:4.10 km
Ave speed:13.49 kph

HRmax=178/ave=170

That means your “Managed to Sneak Out” blog “Ave speed:” is 12.98km/h.
That’s still a good pace.
