Sarah Knocks 3mins Off PB
Sarah ran her second Race For Life yesterday morning in Birkenhead Park with my sister and a few thousand other women. Looking to maybe beat her 30:14 time from last year, Sarah stormed home in a time of just 27:02 knocking over 3 mins off her previous PB. Only seconds behind my sister, this time includes a couple of had-to-walk sections so next years target is (already) under a 27 with no walking.
Not too bad at all for a woman who once told me I just can’t run.

Go Sarah, go…
There’s a definite sub-27 in those legs!
