Go West!
Occured to me today that when I get down on our prom I nearly always turn left, face Wales and carry on running. The only time I face and run toward Leasowe Lighthouse and Liverpool is when I either do the 10k route or my long run to New Brighton (where the SeaSide finishes - remember them?).
So today for a change I ran my little used Burbo Camp route. Actually this static caravan park hasn’t been officially called The Burbo for years, but it’s what I know it as. Tweaked it slightly ‘cos in the past I’ve run along Park Road to home but today I went back up Bennetts Lane and along the prom again to home. Not a bad little circuit though normally the prom-to-home section will be into a head wind - today, unusally, was the exact reverse .

Yes, I remember those Seaside Runs. We’ll have to do another one soon.
My fitness is slowly coming back as my standard average pace appears to be creeping upwards once again.
Still using your NavMan I see. I’ve used mine a couple of times just lately too (Sandymoor runs).
