Back To It
First run in about a week and was a little rusty. Heavy legged today but that’s probably due to the walking we did over the last couple of days in London seeing the sites (as a slight aside, I wouldn’t live there if you paid me - way too crowded for me).
Just knocked out yet another Red Rocks circuit. Was going to stop at the turn to admire the view but a dog was looking (at me) for his lunch so I decided not to. Lovely and bright but a bit cool. Not going too bad - another sub 25 will do.
