Missed The Sunshine
Went out late this afternoon today by which time the glorious sunshine that had been around all day had gone. Bit cool too. Wind had lost its puff at last.
Did my Riversdale Rd circuit though truncated by say 500m because I walked my daughter round to dancing first. Battery went flat on my Navman so I’m not sure of actual distance. Plodded my way round admiring the clear views of Hilbre Island and the North Wales coast. Did the beach on the outward leg today.
Start:16:36
Duration:37:14
Distance:7.78 (tbc)
Ave speed:12.53 (tbc)
666 kcal (bugger, this isnt the first time - I’ve had it)
HRmax=177/ave=170

Good blog. Have been plodding around Hoylake for about three years now. Doing Liverpool half marathon tomorrow - my first ever half marathon. Have trained since Jan 1 in determined bid to finish.
Now - day before race - have shocking cold. Going to try anyway. Have been up to 11 miles in training.
