New Running Shoes
Got myself a new pair of shoes yesterday at the Nike Store at Cheshire Outlet Village.
Nike Air Structure Triax in fact. Blue and silver for a fancy finish (hidden reference to Vic n Bob there!)

Hey hey, look at you in your brand new shoes!
Average speed of 13.12kmh is not bad, especially considering the windy conditions of late.
Sometimes, you do feel ‘awful’ whilst running, but once it’s all over, you can look back and say ‘Well I still did it!’
