A Wet Night For The Seaside
So I wasn’t at all bothered that I wasn’t there.
I’d already emailed Steve to say that I was off out to the cinema with the girls for the afternoon (to see Cars - good animation but not the greatest film). Now I did get back home with enough time to get myself sorted and get down to the start. But it was dull as dirty dishwater and it was raining quite steady - autumn is on its way fellas - so I stayed at home and enjoyed a tasty family tea instead.
Should be up for a run tomorrow though.

Didn’t miss it! Feeling a bit low from a couple of hard-ish days anyway.
Have you thought about the Sandstone Trail, 1st October? Really friendly event, nice terrain. Not technical, something a bit different.
